MONTHLY DUES
2025 dues are $180 per month.
ALLOWED SHINGLESBoth Bayport and Pendleton sections may only be replaced with GAF Weathered Wood, Certainteed Reshawn Shake, Certainteed Silver Birtch.
POOL AREA RULES
Radios and other devices at the pool are to be enjoyed with headphones or ear buds.
Use of the pool is restricted toVilla Residents and their accompanied guest.
The pool will be open from DAWN TO DUSK.
USE OF THE POOL IS ATEACH INDIVIDUAL’S OWN RISK.
REMINDER TO ALL PET OWNERS
Please be sure that pets are to be walked in common areas only. Recreational areas open to the HOA are not for pet relief or any other activities. Kindly respect those areas that our homeowners use for gatherings and recreation, and pick up after your pets and dispose at your home.
